• Receive online medical consultations from doctors for any health concern, particularly useful if unable to visit a clinic in Kyiv;
• Schedule appointments with various medical specialists, view visit history, and manage upcoming appointments;
• View medical records, choose doctors and clinics in Kyiv, save medical history, leave reviews, and add visits to the calendar;

How to Use the App

• To access the app's functionality, users need to register by downloading the app, filling out an online form with name, birth year, phone number, creating a username and password, and entering a registration code sent via SMS;
• After registration, users can log in, access sections such as Visits, Online Explanations, Documents, Payments, and Contacts. In the Visits section, users can view past and upcoming visits or schedule appointments with doctors online;
• It's possible to make an appointment by clicking the Appointment button in the Visits section while selecting a doctor from the Contacts section. During quarantine, appointments can only be made through the Dobrobut contact center;
• Users can obtain online consultations in the Online section, access medical records in Documents, and proceed with electronic payments in the Payments section.
